RE: Red Ginseng for Tinnitus - electricPulse - January 5, 2026 Hey everyone, I have an update. Week 1: Just started taking it. The capsules are a bit earthy but not bad. Honestly, I didn't notice any change in the ringing yet. I felt a tiny bit more awake in the mornings, but nothing dramatic. Week 2: Still not a huge difference in the tinnitus itself. I think the ringing feels a little less sharp at times, but it could just be me noticing it differently. Energy is still slightly up, which is nice. Week 3: Hmm, maybe the tinnitus is a little easier to tolerate. Not gone, but it feels slightly less annoying when I'm trying to focus. My sleep hasn't changed much. Week 4: Overall, I'd say the ringing is about 10% less bothersome. Not a cure by any means, but I can concentrate a bit better during the day. I do feel a bit more energized and generally better in mood, which I didn't expect. Week 5 and later I could not feel any more improvements. So overall 10% which is nothing. Perhaps combining this with other methods might help more though. |
