I have noticed a ringing sound in both ears for a few months now. Still trying to figure out triggers. Is there a possible connection to high blood pressure?

There is a connection for sure.
Over 63,000 people and found that folks with high blood pressure were more likely to have tinnitus than people without it.
The study doesn’t say high blood pressure definitely causes the ringing, but it does show there’s likely some connection between the two. I thought it was interesting because it lines up with what a lot of people say about their tinnitus getting worse when their blood pressure goes up.
