  • Tinnitus UK rated Lenire as the most effective tinnitus treatment.
  • Lenire uses sound and tongue stimulation to retrain the brain.
  • Rating is based on three large clinical trials with over 600 participants.
  • Lenire is considered very safe and effective, similar to CBT and hearing aids.
  • Available through hearing-care professionals in the UK, Europe, and the US.
  • Tinnitus UK hopes the rating encourages more research into tinnitus treatments.
  • Effectiveness may vary between individuals.

Interesting update. Tinnitus UK rating Lenire as the most effective treatment is promising, especially with those large trials behind it,  though I do wonder how solid the sources are and who funded the studies. The whole "sound plus tongue" stimulation idea still feels unusual, but if it’s safe and helping people, that’s encouraging.

Has anyone here tried Lenire themselves? I’d love to hear real experiences to get a sense of how well it actually works.
