Starting Acupuncture - titan - October 24, 2025
So I think I am now officially cursed. This is not going away. I'm starting acupuncture next week for this. In general I don't believe in this kind of "treatments" but it is fully covered by my insurance, so it won't hurt. I will try to report my results. Wish me luck.

I tried acupuncture and it did nothing for me. I had some better luck with other natural methods, example - avoiding stress / warm baths.

So after a few sessions, I think I noticed a slight reduction in the ringing, but it is honestly hard to tell if it was real or just me wanting it to work. Some days it felt quieter, other days it was exactly the same as before. The sessions themselves were relaxing, so at the very least it helped with stress, which might indirectly affect how I perceive the noise. My practitioner seemed confident it would help over time, but I am still unsure. Overall, I would not call it a cure, but maybe worth trying if you are open to it. I am still on the fence about whether it actually did anything or if it was mostly psychological.
