Tinnitus decreased after a long shower - astral - November 9, 2025
Goodafternoon everyone
Just wanted to share a little personal observation. After taking a long, warm shower today, I noticed that my tinnitus seemed to decrease for a while. The constant ringing or buzzing in my ears felt less intense and it was surprisingly relieving. I’m not sure if it was the warmth the steam or just the relaxation but it was a noticeable difference. Has anyone else experienced something similar with showers or heat?
