Spoiler alert - he tried supplements - did not work. Sound therapy worked! Also breathing exercises and proper sleep helped. I'm inspitred enough to go and try this. Time to google some white noise!

He points to sleep being the key. Based on personal experimentation I can confirm that this is 100% true.
