Ginkgo Biloba made it worst for me - serena - November 23, 2025
After a month of dealing with pulsatile tinnitus and honestly reaching a pretty stressed out point I decided to try supplements. I started with Ginkgo Biloba.
But within 24 hours, my tinnitus actually got worse. I can’t say for sure it was the Ginkgo, but the timing definitely threw me off, and I really wish I hadn’t tried it so casually. Just sharing this so others don’t jump into it the way I did.
Has anyone else with pulsatile tinnitus tried Ginkgo? What was your experience like?
