I am willing to help getting this forum starter, so I wanted to start with this!
On a scale of 1 to 10, how loud is your tinnitus?

Maybe around 5 although I don't have a frame of reference to what 10 could be. I would also not want to experience 10.

I rate my Tinnitus in terms of annoyance. Usually around 5 or 6, but sometimes when I am busy with other stuff and have lots of things on my mind it goes down to 2-3 but that might be placebo effect as I am just more busy with other stuff and have less time to think about the ringing.

4/10 for me
