I thought it would be fun to get everyone to do a rating exercise on your opinion of what is the most effective treatment method.
- Sleep
- Avoiding stress
- Supplements
- Masking
These are not in any particular order. Your task is to rank them based on your personal experience. Number 1 is most effective and number 4 is the least effective.
I will start. If I had to rank them in order, it would be the following:
1. Masking
2. Sleep
3. Avoiding stress
4. Supplements
