Hey everyone,
I’m 27 and work a pretty normal office job, nothing loud or unusual. About a month ago I started noticing a high-pitched ringing in my right ear. At first I ignored it, thinking it would just disappear on its own. Now it’s still here on some days barely noticeable, other days loud enough that I can’t believe I brushed it off.
I’ve been doing a ton of reading lately (probably too much), and I still can’t figure out how this started. Only thing I can think of is a really stressful week at work around that time late nights earbuds turned up way too high, and a cold I didn’t really deal with. Now I think it was none of those. It just happened.
I’m kind of stuck on what to do next. Just a few weeks ago I didn’t even know what tinnitus was, and now here I am.
