I keep seeing ads for ZenCortex for tinnitus popping up everywhere lately. From what I've found, it's a liquid supplement made with herbal ingredients that claims to support ear health and reduce ringing by improving blood flow and nerve function . Some reviews say it might help mild cases, but results seem to vary a lot and it's definitely not a cure . I also came across a few articles warning that the marketing can be overhyped and even misleading in some cases .
Curious if anyone here has actually tried it?
Did it make any noticeable difference for your tinnitus or just feel like another supplement?
How long did you take it before seeing anything, if at all?
Also wondering if anyone experienced side effects or if it felt pretty safe.
There's a lot of mixed info online, so real experiences would be helpful.
Would you recommend it or say skip it?
