So after a few sessions, I think I noticed a slight reduction in the ringing, but it is honestly hard to tell if it was real or just me wanting it to work. Some days it felt quieter, other days it was exactly the same as before. The sessions themselves were relaxing, so at the very least it helped with stress, which might indirectly affect how I perceive the noise. My practitioner seemed confident it would help over time, but I am still unsure. Overall, I would not call it a cure, but maybe worth trying if you are open to it. I am still on the fence about whether it actually did anything or if it was mostly psychological.
