4 types of exercises:
1. Middle finger tapping on the back of your head
2. Pinch the lower ear - opening up tubes
3. Press your thumb against the ear canal and release
4. Rub your ears with your palms
I tried all 4 of these one after another. The only observation I can confirm is that I am able to forget about it for about 10-15 seconds. After that, I notice it is still there. I don't regret trying though.
